1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, orders and supplies made by M W Premium Stone, a trading style of M.W. Direct Trading Ltd.
They are intended primarily for trade, wholesale, commercial and export customers.

2. Products
M W Premium Stone supplies natural stone products including granite, marble, sandstone, limestone and bespoke stone products.
Product availability and specifications may change.
3. Natural Variation
Natural stone varies naturally in:
- Colour
- Tone
- Veining
- Pattern
- Texture
- Mineral markings
Samples and photographs are indicative only.
Natural variation is not considered a defect.
4. Quotations
Quotations are:
- Subject to availability
- Based on information supplied by the customer
- Valid for the stated period
- Subject to confirmation before acceptance
Delivery, VAT and export costs are only included where stated.
5. Orders
Customers are responsible for checking:
- Product
- Quantity
- Dimensions
- Finish
- Thickness
- Delivery details
- Bespoke requirements
before approving an order.
6. Bespoke & Cut-to-Size Products
Bespoke, cut-to-size or specially sourced products may not be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.
Any agreed cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred.
7. Measurements
Where the customer provides measurements or specifications, they are responsible for ensuring these are accurate.
M W Premium Stone is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer-supplied measurements.
8. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the quotation or invoice.
VAT, delivery and export charges may be additional unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms may include:
- Deposit
- Stage payments
- Full payment before production
- Full payment before dispatch
9. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.
M W Premium Stone is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Customers must ensure suitable access and unloading arrangements are available.
10. Export Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Local taxes
- Import permits
- Clearance costs
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect goods promptly on delivery.
Visible damage, shortages or incorrect goods should be reported promptly and supported by photographs where appropriate.
Suggested reporting period: within 48 hours of delivery.
12. Returns
Standard stock items may only be returned with prior agreement.
Bespoke, cut-to-size, specially ordered or customised products are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
13. Installation & Care
Unless specifically included in the quotation, M W Premium Stone supplies products only.
Customers are responsible for suitable installation, handling, sealing and maintenance.
M W Premium Stone is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, installation or cleaning.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Where legally permitted, M W Premium Stone will not be liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses.
15. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
